Sign up your kids to read with a dog and practice their reading skills at the Rock Island Library Children's area, Main Library, 401 19th Street. Families can stop in anytime during the event to read in 15 to 20 minute increments with a therapy dog and handler from PAW'D (Pups Assisting with the Disabled.)
