Working from manniquins and photos, you'll learn basic structures and proportions. Create value in your pictures with shadings that add a 3D look. Must register - call 732-7360. Offered at 2 p.m. June 18, 25, July 2 and July 9 at Main Library. Free.

That's what makes a dog such a perfect reading companion, and the reason for "Who Let the Dogs Read?" Monday, June 22 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Main LIbrary. Free. For school age kids grades 1 though 6 who want to practice reading with a dog. Please register: Call 732-7360
