The Friends of the Rock Island Library meet at 11:30 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Rock Island, corner of 31st Avenue and 30th Street. In keeping with President's Day, the program features past presidents of the Friends of the Rock Island Public Library. Lunch includes meat loaf, baked potato, salad and cherry pie, and is $6.
