Tax Forms

Looking for Tax Forms?

Due to budget cuts at the State and Federal levels, the Rock Island Public Library receives fewer and fewer physical tax forms each year. What forms we do receive are stocked at the Downtown Library during tax season of January through April in a rack in the first-floor lobby.

You may print off the forms you need via these links.

Illinois Tax Forms
Iowa Tax Forms
Federal Tax Forms

Copies are .25 per side.

If you need forms from other states, Reference Desk staff at our Downtown location can help you locate the website. Rock Island Library staff cannot provide advice on tax forms, or answer tax questions.

United Way of the Quad Cities offers free help with tax preparation at many sites around the Quad Cities, including the Martin Luther King Center, Rock Island County Senior Center, and Rock Island Township Hall on 7th Avenue. Locations and times are available at this link to the United Way website.
