        Learn what makes a library run. April 27: How do books (and mo
 re) get on our shelves?           How & why do we decide what t
 o buy?  Learn the ins and outs.May 4: Meet our departments.         
   How does each one fit into the big picture? May 11: What’s ahead for
  libraries?           Strategic and future planning, new technology
 , and more. All four events will be held at the Rock Island Public Librar
 y Watts-Midtown Branch. Please register to let us know that you'll be
