Books for Book Clubs!
Running a book club? Rock Island offers a number of titles with multiple copies that can now be checked out individually. Check the shelf, PrairieCat catalog, or with Reference Desk staff for titles. It's a good source for books and discussion points.
Full kits may be available through the PrairieCat catalog.
Don't forget to search our Download & Stream services to find digital eBook or audiobook copies for readers who prefer those formats.

Book Club Events
Looking for a book club with no assigned reading or focused discussions? Then joining our Silent Book Club® may be for you!
This afternoon book club meets at the Southwest Branch on the 4th Wednesday* of each month during the spring and fall seasons (club will not meet in January, over the summer, or in December).
Join us at RIFAC for a book discussion on the last Friday of every month - no membership required! The meeting will be in Room 6. This month, we're reading The Glass Hotel by Emily St. John Mandel.
