Voter Registration at RIPL

Did you know you can register to vote at many libraries?  Voter registrar training for our library staff starts in April. Check back in May to see which Rock Island Public Library locations have a Deputy Registrar. 

When can I register? Voter Registration is open year round, except:

  • During the 27-day period just prior to an election;
  • During the two (2) days after such an election.
