Program Description

Event Details

Join Jackie, of Sacred Mournings, and learn about the importance of advanced directives, individual and family rights, and legal documentation as one prepares for the end of life. In this workshop, you will be provided information and resources. 


*We will discuss alternative and conventional funeral and after death care options
*Review the steps in completing the various documents.
*Both IL and IA Advanced Directive Documents will be provided. 

A member of International End-Of-Life Doula Association (INELDA), Jackie completed End of Life Doula Training through INELDA in 2021 and is currently finishing up her End-of-Life Doula Certification, also through INELDA. She  is a member of NEDA and has earned her NEDA Proficient Badge. Jackie is a  RYT-200 Yoga student and teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Millikin University. 

Registration not required, but encouraged.
