Event Details

Take part in our fifth annual Community Comforts Drive! Times have been tough and many of our neighbors are in need. Our annual drive aims to collect personal care items that are so important to our health and wellbeing. We are asking for items such as deodorant, soaps, toilet paper, toothpaste, and many more. For a full wish list, please see the attached document. Last year we gathered 495 items. Let's try and beat our record this year!

This year's drive will benefit Heart of Hope in Rock Island, and the Rocky Resource Room at Rock Island High School. Both organizations help community members in need lead healthy and happy lives. 

Drop off your donations at any Rock Island Library Location during open hours. Donation boxes are large, pink, and located near the main service desk. If you have any questions, or need assistance bringing in your donations, please call 309-732-7323.
