In order to allow all staff to attend a morning training meeting, Rock Island Public Library locations will open at noon on Friday, February 6. 

There will be no storytime this Friday at the Watts-Midtown Branch.

We're partnering with the Y and Hyvee for our very own cupcake decorating contest. Learn basic decorating techniques, make an edible work of art, and see who will win these harrowing Cupcake Wars! (Also, after the judging you can eat your creations.)
