Happy un-Birthday, Gene! (aka Eugene Delacroix)- watercolors with Gloria Burlingame
Born April 26, 1798, Eugene Delacroix was a skilled painter of Orientalism. In 1832, he traveled to Morocco, a trip that forever changed his artistic life. Seven journals were filled with notes and watercolor sketches of people and places. Take a look at his work, then combine a couple of his sketches to create a unique watercolor composition. Included will be a basic exercise in drawing a profile face! (for all skill levels)
