It's National Library Card Sign Up Month! Start off September by signing up for a RIPL library card with the Mobile Library at this pop-up event with GECU and Scratch Cupcakery! Buy a delicious cupcake on your way to check out the free resources that come with your library card. New Library Card users can enter a raffle to win one of our prize baskets (Tie-Dye Kit, Bonsai Tree Kit, String Art Cactus Kit, Children's Perler Bead Kit). Winners will be announced at the end of the month.
