This program is made possible by ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) funds designated by the City of Rock Island.
Did you know that engaging in a creative outlet, like painting, can "boost serotonin levels and increase blood flow to the part of the brain associated with pleasure?"(Source) Slow down and focus at a guided paint class with Create Quad Cities! This FREE event is for painters of all levels and all supplies will be provided. Registration is required.

Attendance
The Rock Island Public Library's policy states that patrons who habitually register but do not attend a program will be considered a “no show” and may be blocked from registering for future programs.
