PLEASE NOTE: This event has been rescheduled to Saturday, September 6!

FREE Petting Zoo in the Park, co-hosted with Rock Island Parks and Recreation, with generous sponsorship from Rock Island Township. Drop by to pet 25 to 25 animals from Miller's Petting Zoo. The Library2Go bookmobile will be there, too! Free book for each child, while supplies last! First 200 kids get a complimentary cup of animal feed.  No purchase required to enter petting zoo. 

Children ages 8 and older will need to bring an adult with them to enter the petting zoo. 

For the humans, we'll have complimentary popcorn. Bring a refillable water bottle to fill at the park fountain, and a lawn chair if you want to stay a while.  Free and open to all ages (including kids at heart!)
