Mental Health Program ARPA

This program is made possible by ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) funds designated by the City of Rock Island.

In this introductory sewing class, join local fashion designer Shay Moore as we make mental health journal covers! Instruction and all materials will be provided. 

Registration is required.
