Public Interest Law Initiative and Prairie State Legal Services are hosting this clinic to assist low-income residents of Rock Island, Henry, Mercer, and Whiteside Counties seeking to expunge or seal their criminal record. Volunteer attorneys will consult with you on your available options, prepare the documents to request an expungement or sealing of your eligible records, and provide guidance on the process.
Clients must meet financial eligibility requirements.
