Throughout life we have tasks we have to perform (ie. lifting laundry, carrying groceries). As we age, we see a natural decline in strength which therefore makes these once simple tasks become harder. This presentation will teach you how to assess your functional ability and provide resources on how to improve your strength and reserve so that you can continue to live a high quality life and be as independent as possible for as long as possible.
