Late Opening Friday, February 6

In order to allow all staff to attend a morning training meeting, Rock Island Public Library locations will open at noon on Friday, February 6. 

There will be no storytime this Friday at the Watts-Midtown Branch.

Event Details

Come to the Downtown Library and learn to make a YouTube video. Use a laptop or some of our props to create and upload a video, and you can submit your video to the annual YouTube Challenge. Teens who enter can see their movie on the Giant Screen at the Putnam and have a chance to win $100!
