The Palace Project app for the Rock Island Public Library eRead Illinois is live! Download it on Apple or Google playstores for access to thousands of eBooks and digital audiobooks with your Rock Island Public Library card.
eRead Illinois turned to The Palace Project to store their digital collection after the sudden and abrupt demise of the former app's parent company. You'll need the Palace app to download eBooks and audiobooks from eRead Illinois. When you find a book you want to checkout, you'll need your Rock Island Library card barcode and PIN (usually, the last four digits of your library barcode.)
The Palace Project offers even more unique content to Rock Island Public Library patrons, including titles without holds, waits or checkouts, and even some Audible content. eRead Illinois has added even more content to the new app, to make it easier to find books you want to read or listen to. It's perfect for use in the classroom, book clubs and community reads.
