Please join us on the third Saturday of each month from 11-1 at the Rock Island Library for "Living With Loss"- A gentle, supportive, conversation group open to anyone navigating grief, caregiving, experiencing the weight of change, or have questions/thoughts on the many ways death and dying touch our lives.

Whether you are walking alongside someone at the end of life, or simply carrying questions and reflections about mortality, this space offers room to speak, listen, and be in community.

Guided by a Certified End of Life Doula, the group is not therapy, but a facilitated time of shared stories, quiet wisdom, and compassionate connection. Coffee, tea, and cake will be provided. All people are welcome.

This group is facilitated by Jackie Hauer, INELDA Certified EOL Doula, of Sacred Mournings. She  is a member of NEDA and has earned her NEDA Proficient Badge. Jackie is a  RYT-200 Yoga student and teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Millikin University.
