Late Opening Friday, February 6

In order to allow all staff to attend a morning training meeting, Rock Island Public Library locations will open at noon on Friday, February 6. 

There will be no storytime this Friday at the Watts-Midtown Branch.

Event Details

Fun with science, technology, engineering, art and math, immediately following our NEW Bluestem Book Club. Fun, hands-on projects are designed for school age kids, Kindergarten - 6th grades.  Sept: Make Slime; Oct.: Dissect owl pellets; Nov. French Moderns for Kids with the FIGGE museum; Dec: Make cinnamon ornament art.
